Pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016, in compliance with the principle of accountability, any processing of personal data must be lawful, correct and transparent. These principles imply that the interested party is informed of the existence of the same, of its purposes and of the rights that he can exercise.
For the conduct and management of the next web conference to which you have been invited, CPF Consorzio Promozione Filati (as Data Controller) will process your personal data (e-mail address, name and surname, qualification, image, voice) through a dedicated platform that can be:
– Google Meet
– Zoom

The aforementioned platforms are based in the USA where there is an international agreement for the protection of personal data signed with the European Union called Privacy Shield. Participation in the web conference is voluntary and your membership has the value of consent to the processing of personal data.
The web conference will not be recorded. If CPF or a participant wants to record the meeting, he must notify the other participants and receive at least verbal consent to the operation from all. In the case of registration of the web conference, the latter will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes of the meeting or for conservation purposes for the purposes of legal protection.
The information and news collected during the meeting will be confidential and may not be communicated or disclosed to third parties except for business or legal reasons within the limits allowed. Participants will be able to disable the webcam for personal reasons after notifying other participants.
